Free ASP Hosting

A simple search on the Internet will give you a list of service providers that offer free ASP Hosting. If you compare the free ASP Hosting with paid services, you will find that you will get limited features with free ASP Hosting. The limitations vary with the service provider.

Limitations of Free ASP Hosting

The bandwidth that you consume is limited in free ASP hosting. Most of the service providers offer 500 MB or 1 GB per month. If you need more than that, then you have to purchase a more in depth ASP hosting plan. Free ASP hosting can be used if the bandwidth for your site is basic and controlled. Keep in mind that most free ASP hosting providers do not provide free email accounts (pop3).

Moreover you cannot have a separate domain name . The URL of your website would be something like http://yourname.yourserviceprovider.com. When you open an account with a free ASP hosting provider, your website URL will be given as stated above.

The free ASP hosting provider will give you a control panel through which you can upload files to your website. Some do not provide you with an FTP account to upload files. You have to be content with the file manager they provide you.

Because it is free, you cannot use all the components that are available from the server. To use some advanced components you have to upgrade your account.

Because there is always a cost involved in maintaining servers, there is a catch with free space offers. The service providers display banners on each page of the website that is hosted on the free web space. With these banners they manage the cost of maintaining free servers.

ASP Hosting provides detailed information on ASP Hosting, Cheap ASP Hosting, Free ASP Hosting, ASP Web Hosting and more. ASP Hosting is affiliated with Web Server Hosting.

Finding a reliable hosting provider

The website hosting business is very competitive these days
with hundreds of thousands of reliable hosting companies out there but what
company is best for your needs and that will provide you with a reliable hosting
service from customer support to the reliability of there web servers.

The following is what is the most important aspects you
need to consider when choosing a web hosting provider:

1)Customer Service - Customer service is a very
important aspect of any host if not the most important you will need to check
there reliability by:

- Seeing if they have a 24 hour contact phone number

-FAQ section on there website to help you with the most common
questions such as what are name servers?

-Ticket support to answer any non urgent questions that you might
have

-Live support isn’t essential but it is useful for quick help

2)Servers-The serer are the most important
part of a web host since without them they can be a host.

-Here are some useful tips for
finding a fast reliable server to host your site:

-The processor speed (CPU) e.g. Intel Pentium 2.8ghz (anything over
1.5ghz is sufficient)

-Memory (RAM) at least 512mb of ram

-Space this will all depend on your website needs if you are just
starting at least 500mb is enough

-Bandwidth this will all depend on how many visitors your planning
to visit your site in any given month. I would say that 5000mb will be more than
sufficient for any small website.

-Operating system - Linux is the better and cheaper option for any
website and is said to be better than windows in a web server environment. But
if you are required to use any windows scripts such as .asp you will need to use
the windows server

3)Customer Testimonials - See if other customers have
voted for the web host on popular hosting directories or have made comments on
the services that are offered by the host on there website.

These are the most important aspects that people look for
in finding a web hosting provider these days and don’t be afraid to pay a bit
more than other companies as this usually reflects the service they offer but
also don’t be fooled.

Fall Wedding Theme

The fall wedding theme provides a vivid and thoughtful experience for all those attending the wedding ceremony and reception. Fall is a time when deciduous leaves decide to change colour and drop them, providing a rich and colorful backdrop theme in which to celebrate your wedding day.

A little planning and creativity will go a long way in creating your own stunning fall wedding idea comes to fruition. Your fall wedding theme planning will start from deciding what colour palette you will be working with for your wedding attire which will also determine the color for the wedding decorations. As part of the wedding theme thought process you can also tie in the food, the entertainment, favors and the location of your wedding ceremony and reception as part of the fall wedding theme.

The wedding experience all starts from the wedding invitation that the guest receives from the couple being wedded. To welcome them into your wedding theme - think about typesetting the wedding invitation in your fall wedding theme. Invite them to become a part of your fall theme and to attend your wedding in a fall themed dress.

Fall Wedding Theme Color

What do you think first of when images of fall fills your mind? Feelings and past memories that you evoke through this process could be and should be a part of your fall wedding theme. The images of harvest and preparation for the coming winter - the memorable changing color of the leaves along a Maine highway or Washington state - or any other location you’ve got deciduous trees on hand.

Your colour palette for your wedding would work around the color generated by the changing color of leaves as the tree loses its leaves. The wedding theme colour would consist of rich golden to yellows, brilliant reds, browns, burgundy and eggplant. Other colour you may like to consider are other shades of red, oranges, rust pastels, wine, navy and mustard yellows - all the different shades of colour of Fall. There are so many different colors to choose from - the difficult part is in finding the palette you love and limiting your choices.

Fall Wedding Locations

You’ve chosen to hold your wedding during the fall season and have decided to take on the wedding theme to play out the theme of the season. You plan to decorate and to work fall color around your wedding.

Another way to accentuate your theme is to introduce a location that promotes your theme or provides a blank working space with which you can work to decorate around.

Sure you can hold it in a church and decorate your theme color around that but have you considered other options? How about a wedding in the great outdoors where all the smells and color are all there for you and your guests to experience? You could hold it in the back of your home, at an arboretum (a greenhouse), your local gardens/parklands, vineyard, golf course or at a farm.

Decorating your Fall Wedding

So you have the color you want to work around with in your fall theme wedding - the next step is to plan out how you can incorporate this into your theme. Remember to think big - and that even the smallest ideas could have the biggest effect in the impact of the theme. Keeping it simple is also best.

Here are some simple ideas to get you started on your way to planning out how you will decorate your wedding according to your theme. At your ceremony the most simple but effective decoration could be your pew or seat bows which could be made of ribbons in the color you’ve chosen from your themed palette.

Your flower arrangements, in decorations around your wedding ceremony or reception and your bouquet would also reflect the color of your theme. Your wedding dress and the attire of your guests, groomsmen and maids would also reflect the color of fall. You may also consider decorating the wall with grapevine wreaths to celebrate your theme. Candles and candleholders would also be a nice addition. And at the reception at your fall themed wedding you may want to decorate each table with a centerpiece celebrating your theme. With this centerpiece you may want to fill a bowl or glass with a combination of color that screams fall such as dried fruit and nut offerings mixed with herbs and dried leaves or dried bouquets that evoke the feeling of the season.

With a well planned wedding theme your fall wedding will be a memorable event that would remain the talk of the town for some time.

I Beg Your Pardon

The woman tapped her foot as she waited for assistance. The young man continued his personal conversation on the phone. The woman cleared her throat. He glanced in her direction before turning his back.

“May I have some help, please?” she asked.

He whispered into the receiver, “Just a second,” before covering the mouth piece. “I’ll be with you in a bit.” He returned to his phone call.

The woman placed her package on the counter, pivoted, and walked off, muttering, “I won’t be here.”

That business lost a customer because an employee put a personal conversation before doing his job. Every time someone takes care of personal business rather than his duties, he or she harms the employer by costing the company money, clients, and reputation.

The illustration given previously cost the company a customer, which in turn takes money that pays the employees wages, causing a lost of income to company and employees. The wages paid the young man during the time he wasn’t working for the company, but was visiting, are wasted since the business gets nothing in return. Many of us have “horror” stories about poor service and refuse to return to that store or company.

Two clerks chatted as one rang up the purchases of a customer. The customer tried to get the clerks attention, but the young woman on the register ignored the man, continuing to talk with her friend as she ran bar codes past the scanner.

“Please, ma’am,” the customer insisted, “you need to know about this slip. The chairs are being loaded. . .”

“Don’t worry about it. I’ll get it rung up.” The cashier didn’t even glance toward the man as she answered.

“But, you don’t understand, I’m suppose to tell you that there were six chairs,” the man added.

The cashier, not much more than a girl, rolled her eyes at her friend as she waved a hand toward the customer.

The man and his wife shook their heads as they walked away from the counter with the bags holding the rest of their purchases. On the way home, the wife examined the register tape. “That girl only charged us for one chair. I thought the total seem mighty low.”

“We’ll call the store when we get home,” her husband replied. They did call when they arrived home, but the manager, once he heard the story, told them that since it wasn’t the couple’s fault, not to worry about the price of the other chairs.

That store lost several hundred dollars, but it didn’t lose customers because of the good manners of the manager. Still the store wasted money on wages that weren’t earned and on the loss of the price of the chairs.

The lack of good etiquette costs businesses money through loss of unearned wages and loss of profit if mistakes are made because of employees not doing their jobs carefully. Also poor customer relations causes customers to leave and not return. Those dissatisfied customers and clients also tell others about their experiences, possibly causing others to stay away from that company.

This spreading of dissatisfaction hurts a company’s reputation. As word spreads concerning poor customer service and employee lack of good manners, people start avoiding the business. The result becomes a deterioration of reputation for being fair and caring for clients.

Finally, employees are either fired or the company folds, causing the employees to be unemployed. Then those very people, whose lack of good business etiquette led to disaster, wonder why they no longer have a job.

Discount Codes For Saving Money

Each and every year more people are shopping online for electronics, gifts, clothing and much more. Do you know that you could be saving a huge amount of money on many of your online purchases for the sake of just a few extra minutes? The secret is Discount Codes.

What Are Discount Codes

Most people are well aware of the traditional discounts that help you save money in regualar shops. They’re usually a piece of paper you can cut out from a magazine or newspaper to get a discount on what you’re looking for. On the same point online shops also have discounts, but they come in the form of a code such as DISCOUNT1, fathersdaydiscount or some other series of letters or numbers. Like regular clippable coupon discounts, these codes give you money off your purchases!

How To Find Codes

The best thing about online discount codes is that you don’t have to cut them out and organise them, then remember to take them shopping with you. Jus simply write them down. Then on completion of your shopping on a web site simply type the discount code into the appropriate box during the checkout process. This box is usually labeled “Discount Code”, “Discount” or “Offer Code”.

Where Do I Find These Discount Codes

Discount codes can usually be found on specialised websites that display the codes for your ease of use. The discounts are free and open to everyone, if a site asks for payment for giving you codes then steer clear! My favourite website for Discount Codes is www.discountshoppinguk.co.uk which displays codes from many UK stores. More discounts can also be found by searching for the store names in the search engines and on similar websites.

Discount codes are definately a great resource for getting money off. Get searching and happy shopping!

The Best Carbs For Low Carbers

With the popularity of low carb diets such as Atkins, The Zone, and South Beach, more and more people are becoming aware of the bad effects to the body of too much carbohydrate consumption. As people try to cut down on their carb intake, it should be noted that not all carbs are created equal.

In a nutshell, there are two kinds of carbohydrates, simple and complex. Some refer to them as bad and good carbs, fast and slow digestion carbs and other possibly confusing lingo. Here’s the scoop.

SIMPLE CARBS are those carbohydrates that are most often have low nutrient content and have high glycemic index such as white bread, cookies, pastries, candies, and sodas. They are quick to digest and can cause blood sugar to soar then fall dramatically within a short span of time. In order to keep the body running more healthy and stable, health advisors recommend that these types of foods be limited.

COMPLEX CARBS are those that contain many nutrients and have a low to moderate glycemic index. Higher fiber content in these foods means slower digestion, which is healthier for the body. And these foods are considered good choices by health advisors. Examples of these complex carbs are whole grains, most fruits and vegetables. Legumes, plants of the pea or bean family, are also in this category.

While studies like one from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in January of 2004 show that low-carb diets can help with weight loss; the carbs need to be of the complex, low glycemic type.

It would be best to avoid simple carbs altogether. But if you just can’t stay away, you should at least eat them in moderation or in accordance with the advice of your dietary advisor or health practitioner.

Jun Lim manages a website called Low Carb Options that could show you exactly where you can get all your premium quality, low carb products so affordably that you’ll be able to afford a new wardrobe to match your new, super-slim figure by your summer vacation.

Intentional Focus: Your Happiness, Your Success, and the Law of Attraction

What have you been focusing on lately? On how well life is going for you? Or on how much business you’ve been doing compared to last year, or how well your superiors have been rating you? Or on how much your partner loves you and how much you revel in the relationship you’re having? On the excellent state of your bank account? On your ever-present good health and slim and trim physique? Or on the joy you experience each time you sit down to dinner with your teenage children? On the wonderful vacation you came back from recently and the even more exciting one you are planning for the near future? Or on the good way you feel about yourself and all the things you are creating and doing with your life?

What You Think is What You Are

I can just hear you spluttering. “What kind of romantic thinking is this? Where do these ideas come from? I don’t know anybody who thinks like that.”

True. Most people don’t think like that. In fact, most people think the exact opposite of that. Most people concentrate on all the things that are going wrong with their lives. Most people spend much of their time thinking about their problems and wondering how they are going to solve them. Most people think about all the things that could go wrong with their lives or about the people or events that stand in the way of their success. Most people think and think and think about whatever it is that worries them, because they believe that that is the way to resolve the problem. The fact is that most people focus so much on what they are afraid of, or what bothers them, or what stresses them, or what they don’t know how to solve, that they are giving all or most of their conscious and subconscious energy to a negative outcome - the problem.

What Kind of an Outcome Do You Want?

Consider this: the more you give your energy to one thing, the more that thing has a possibility of coming into being. If you concentrate on getting a university degree, you will most likely achieve that goal. If you concentrate on writing a book, you will again probably achieve that goal. But what happens if you continually tell yourself, while you are concentrating on getting the degree, that you are not intelligent enough to pass the exams, or that you simply are incapable of understanding the course material? And what happens, if you continually tell yourself while you are concentrating on writing the book, that you will never be able to write well, or that your story is not good enough? Obviously you are not only undermining yourself and sabotaging your desired outcomes, but you may also be creating a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Focus and Intention

So what can you do? Let’s assume you are convinced that you lack the intelligence to pass the exams. Or that you are convinced that you will never write well. You have a goal, and that goal is to get a degree or to write a book. In order to focus on that goal, your mission is to ensure that your thoughts are aligned with - or intentionally focused on - that goal. Therefore, whenever your thoughts stray from the goal into negative territory, you need to pull them back into the arena of positive results.

Goals and Fears

But focusing on a desired goal is very hard for a very simple reason: we are far too used to focusing on the fears surrounding the goal (I am so afraid I will never have a great relationship, rather than imagining in your mind’s eye the great relationship in the way you want it to be; or how will I ever get that promotion rather than imagining in your mind’s eye the way you will feel when you do get the hoped-for promotion).

How to Focus

So how do you focus? When you worry, and your mind goes around and around a problem, or some stress in your life, you are very focused on the problem. It is exactly at that moment that you need to re-focus and see your desired goal or outcome in your mind’s eye, rather than all the problems you associate with it. The more time you spend on whatever it is you want to have in your life - whether this is a material goal, a professional goal, a relational goal, or whatever - makes absolutely no difference, the more you will be in a position to achieve it, to attract it into you life. The more you think - and focus - on that goal in a positive way, the more likely it is that you will attain your desired outcome. This is the Law of Attraction.

Intentionally Re-focus on the Positive

Remember: the time you spend worrying about the desired outcome is time spent focusing on the opposite of what you want, so become very aware of all your thoughts and focus them in the right direction. Do this consistently each time you catch yourself thinking the negative version of your goals until intentionally re-focusing on the positive becomes second nature.

This habit is like strengthening a muscle, if you do it every day, it will happen more and more frequently, and soon you will find that not only do the majority of your thoughts focus on the positive direction of your goals, but that those positive goals become part of your reality.

How to Use Joint Ventures to Boost Your Business

Did you know that joint ventures can dramatically increase your income in very little time? And, if they are done right, they can even be fun? :)

What’s a joint venture?

In a nutshell, it’s a partnership between two (or more) businesses that creates a win-win scenario for all. For example, joining together to offer a conference to your target market, or collaborating on a teleseminar series to offer to both your audiences. It could be something as simple as a cross-promotion of products, where each of your products complements the other.

There are three key benefits to pursuing joint ventures:

1. You can strengthen your relationship with your current clients and customers by offering them something new and of value.

2. You can leverage your time and talent by promoting someone else’s offerings (while they promote yours) while still adding to your bottom line.

3. You can leave the lone ranger behind and add to your own body of knowledge and expertise by learning new ways to create and deliver your material by working with a partner.

Approach potential joint venture partners only after you’ve gotten to know them a bit through their work. Once you’ve been able to discern that a win-win relationship could be created, make certain you have an idea to offer to them that answers the question of “what’s in it for them?”

Then once you’ve narrowed your list to a couple of people and have developed an idea that benefits both your businesses, contact them either by phone or email. Be brief, polite, and authentic. Don’t push, just tell them in casual friendly terms what your idea is and see what kind of response you get. You might be pleasantly surprised.

After you and your partner have decided to work together, make sure that the terms of the agreement are spelled out in writing. Depending on the size and scope of the project, the agreement can be something as simple as a signed letter stating who will do what and how any proceeds will be split, to a more formal agreement involving your attorney’s input.

But to give the idea of a joint venture a try, just start out small. Connect with someone you admire in your niche, whose offerings complement yours, and see if you can’t come up with something simple to do within the next month or two. Consider writing a short ebook or offering a one-topic teleseminar. You’ll each increase the size of your email list as well as add to your bottom line. Now that’s a win-win!

Lycopene Effective with Prostate Cancer Treatment

Men with prostate cancer who take supplemental lycopene in addition to surgical removal of the testicles may experience less active disease, less bone pain, and live longer than those who only have surgical removal of the testicles, according to a new study in British Journal of Urology International (2003;92:375-8). This is exciting news for millions of men who have to undergo aggressive treatment for advanced prostate cancer.

Prostate cancer is the most common cancer found in men over the age of 50 years, with more than 200,000 new cases each year in the United States. The cause of prostate cancer, like many other cancers, is unknown; however, some studies suggest alterations in testosterone metabolism may play a role in its development. Prostate cancer is generally slow growing and may not cause any symptoms until late in the disease. Symptoms may include frequent or painful urination, dribbling after urination, sensation of incomplete emptying of the bladder, or blood in the urine. The symptoms of prostate cancer are similar to those of a non-cancerous condition called benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), so men experiencing these symptoms should consult their physician for an accurate diagnosis.

In the new study, 54 men with advanced prostate cancer were randomly assigned to have surgical removal of the testicles (orchidectomy) alone or orchidectomy plus oral supplementation with 4 mg of lycopene a day. Measurements of PSA (a blood marker of prostate cancer activity), bone scans, and urinary flow were taken initially and every three months for two years. Men receiving lycopene started on the day of their surgery.

After six months, PSA had significantly decreased in both groups, indicating a reduction in prostate cancer activity. However, PSA levels in those receiving lycopene were more than 65% lower than in those who did not receive lycopene. After two years, PSA levels in the lycopene treatment group had fallen into the normal range, while those who only underwent surgery still had PSA levels more than twice the upper limit of normal. Urinary symptoms significantly improved in both groups, but better improvement was again observed in the lycopene group. The lycopene group also experienced less bone pain.

The survival rates after two years in the lycopene-plus-surgery group and surgery-only groups were 87% and 78%, respectively, a statistically significant difference. No adverse side effects were observed in men taking lycopene.LycopeneLycopene is one of a group of compounds called carotenoids. It is found in high amounts in tomatoes.

The findings of this study corroborate the findings of other similar studies examining the effectiveness of lycopene in the treatment of prostate cancer. However, the amount used in the current study (4 mg per day) was substantially less than the amounts used in other studies (30 mg per day). It may also help stimulate the immune system and has been shown to cause cancer cells to die on their own. Although more research is needed to clarify what amount of lycopene is most effective, men with prostate cancer may benefit from taking daily lycopene supplements. Eating one moderately sized tomato a day also provides approximately 4 mg of lycopene. Other tomato products, such as an 8-ounce portion of tomato juice or tomato paste may provide up to 25 mg of lycopene.
